Advised Consulting and Switch Recruitment Announce Strategic Partnership

Press Release

Ipswich, Suffolk - March 04 2021

Advised Consulting Group (Advised) and Switch Recruitment Services (Switch) today announced a strategic partnership designed to deliver Advised clients with entry level up to middle-management financial services talent and Switch clients executive hire solutions.

The move comes in response to the strain many employers are feeling due to a lack of skilled core talent and world class leadership expertise. The two organisations will also join forces to develop an integrated recruitment management service offering to new customers.

Commenting on the new partnership, David Tuscarny, Client Partner at Advised Consulting Group, said “By combining our innovative search processes with the middle market delivery of Switch we can offer a true end-to-end “search” class recruitment services to new and existing clients. This will provide outstanding access to people actively looking for roles, as well as connecting clients with hard-to-find talent that isn’t actively looking to move.”

James Watson, Director of Switch Recruitment services added “Advised Consulting is a well-established and proven executive recruitment provider. Adding Advised expertise to our strong technical recruitment pedigree in financial services will enable us to recruit professionals of all levels and functions for our clients".
